Daniel Tanui has over 30 years’ practical experience in the freight forwarding, consolidation, Transport and warehousing business. He has thorough knowledge of the East African trading, transport and storage patterns with vast business networks within the region.
Based in the head office at JKIA he oversees all the operations of Mitchell Cotts Group.
He is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Maastricht University among other certifications

Michael Nzule joined Mitchell Cotts Freight Kenya Limited in 2014. Michael has a strong background in corporate finance and strategy, accounting function management, business performance management and reporting, procurement, business development, operations management and investor relations, cutting across different industries. Prior to joining Mitchell Cotts, Michael worked with East African Breweries Limited, (EABL), where he served in many roles including Group Strategy & Planning Manager, Group Procurement Support Services Manager, EABL International Business Development and Operations Manager. Prior to joining EABL, Michael worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Manager and the service line leader for Finance, Accounting and Operations consulting. He also worked with Deloitte Consulting as a consultant in Strategy & Operations and Farmchem Limited as an Accountant.
Michael has over 20 years’ experience in finance and strategy.
He holds a Masters of Business and Administration (MBA) in Accounting (with marketing specialisation) and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) from the University of Nairobi. Michael is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and has served as a member of the Finance and Strategy Committee of the Institute.

Kennedy has previously worked for Twiga foods limited, where he was the General Manager –Operations in charge of warehousing, distribution and Logistics.
He is credited for key achievements such as spearheading change in ways of working from credit business to cash on delivery, setting up control systems to reduce pilferage in warehouses, auditing stocks, transport controls to name a few.
He brings on board 15years plus expertise in accounting, warehousing and distribution from several other blue-chip companies such Haco industries, DHL- Supply chain, Rift Valley Agencies and Proctor& Allan.
Kennedy holds a Masters of Business Administration/Finance from University of Nairobi.
Bachelor of Business Administration/ Accounts from University of Eastern Africa- Baraton.
Among other technical and leadership skills.

Sam joined Mitchell Cotts Freight Kenya Limited in 2011 having previously worked with Signon Freight Kenya Limited in a similar position. Prior to that Sam worked at East African Portland’s as the Human Resource Manager and at Nation Media Group as the Group Training Manager. Has over 12 years’ experience in senior management positions. Sam holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Egerton University and post graduate diploma in Human Resource management from Institute of personnel management

Maina worked as Managing Partner Spinel Consulting Group and previously as Sales and Marketing Director, Internet Solutions before joining Mitchell Cotts in July 2019.
Over 20 years in Commercial Management with proven track record of accomplishment in Sales management, revenue growth, customer service delivery, marketing and brand management in East Africa region.
He has worked in various industries such as ICT, Telecommunication, Insurance and Healthcare among others.
Maina attended Graduate Management Program at the University of Witwatersrand South Africa.
He holds Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Business Studies from Kenyatta University, MBA in Strategic Management from Moi University, and currently pursuing PhD in Strategic Management at Moi University.
